What services does Key 360 Support Services Provide?

Key 360 is licensed under 245D and provides Home and Community-Based waiver services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Our highly qualified staff work with clients in their homes with outcome-based programming.

Contact your county case manager and they can assist you.  If you do not currently receive services, contact your county and request an assessment to determine if you qualify for services.
