Key 360 Support Services, LLC is a licensed MN 245D Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We offer a range of services including:

• In-Home Family Support

• Semi-Independent Living Skills (SILS)

• Independent Living Skills (ILS) Training

• Supported Living Services or Foster Care Services

• In-Home Respite Care

• In-Home Crisis Respite
