Cedric opened the doors of Key 360 Support Services, LLC in October of 2017. He completed his education at Fergus Falls Community College, St. Cloud State University and Metro State, and now has over 30 years worked with individuals with disabilities in some capacity before deciding to branch off on his own. 

Cedric is excited for this organization to create innovative ways to support the individuals we work with by providing socialization, integration and independence. The relationships he has gained over the years are what he treasures and reflects on the most.  The smiles, joy and hopefulness these families request as they seek out support for their loved ones fuel the strength that drives this organization.  Cedric hopes to provide a high quality service that reaches every individual from every population.  

Abby has been a part of the Key 360 team since the beginning.  As the Chief Operating Officer she designs, implements and oversees the daily and ongoing operations of the organization.  She has taken part in developing systems and procedures that promote a positive company culture and allow for quality services for the individuals we work with. 

Abby started her career after graduating from St. Cloud State University with a BA in Elementary Education and a minor in Math and Human Relations.  Abby spent 4 years working in Minneapolis as a member of a Behavior Support Team for a K-8 school, then pursued her teaching career and spent 6 years as a middle school math teacher.  Abby hopes to continue to help build and sustain a solid organization that allows for quality, reliable services to the individuals we support, as well as provides a positive, energetic culture for the team members we employ.

CJ has been a part of the Key 360 team since the very beginning. CJ has a wealth of experience in this field.
